FAOGO Fall Cleanup Giveaway 2026 — Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. These Official Rules govern the FAOGO Fall Cleanup Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).

2. Sponsor and contact

The Giveaway is sponsored by HONG KONG PAN YU CO., LIMITED, under the FAOGO brand (the “Sponsor”). Business address: RM 1002, 10/F, EASEY COMM BLDG, NOS. 253–261 HENNESSY, WANCHAI, HK. Giveaway questions may be directed to support@faogo.com.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who reside in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, are 18 years of age or older at entry, and have the legal capacity to participate under applicable law. No U.S. citizenship requirement is imposed by these Rules.

Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and persons directly involved in administering the Giveaway, together with their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible. For this purpose, immediate family means a spouse, parent, child or sibling. Participation is subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions.

4. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins November 1, 2026 at 1:00:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC−07:00) and ends December 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (UTC−08:00) (the “Entry Period”). The governing time zone is America/Los_Angeles, including its daylight-saving transition.

The opening instant is November 1, 2026 at 08:00:00 UTC; the closing cutoff is December 21, 2026 at 07:59:59 UTC. Entries must be received at or after opening and before the closing cutoff. The campaign’s server receipt time, configured to these instants, determines timeliness. Entries outside the Entry Period do not qualify.

5. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://faogo.com/pages/faogo-fall-cleanup-giveaway-2026 and use the Gleam entry widget. Provide the required name, email and age information, and complete the required question: “What's the messiest part of fall for you?” Answer truthfully; no purchase is necessary.

The Giveaway offers four entry actions:

Only actions completed and recorded by the widget count. After completing the mandatory question, entrants may choose the optional actions; completing Product Visit or Instagram is not an additional prerequisite for accessing Referral. Each entrant may earn a maximum of 56 entries: 1 mandatory entry, 3 Product Visit entries, 2 Instagram entries and up to 50 referral entries. Entries are chances in a random draw, not points redeemable for a prize; there is no prize-redemption points threshold. Opening a link alone does not establish that an action has been completed or credited.

A qualifying referral is a distinct, eligible person who reaches the Giveaway through the entrant’s unique referral link and completes the required entry. Self-referrals, fabricated identities and unsolicited bulk messages do not qualify. Referral messages must make clear when the sender may earn Giveaway entries.

Marketing subscription is separate and optional. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent does not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. A purchase, payment or completion of every optional bonus action is not required.

6. Entry integrity

Use accurate information and a contact email you control. Do not use automated entry tools, false identities, multiple accounts or other methods to circumvent the stated limits. Entries may be excluded for a documented failure to meet these Rules, verified fraud or tampering; a shared device or IP address alone does not establish misconduct.

The Sponsor will review relevant records before making an eligibility or disqualification decision. Entry limits and earned-entry conditions will not be changed retroactively to the disadvantage of participants. Entrants may contact support@faogo.com about an entry-record or eligibility concern.

7. Prizes

Eight winners will receive prizes comprising ten individual products:

The total distribution is 3 Blowers, 1 Car Vacuum and 6 Air Dusters. Each person may receive no more than one prize tier. The Grand Prize is one complete three-product bundle, not a choice of one product.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable by the selected winner. No undisclosed substitution may reduce the stated prize structure or participants’ mandatory legal rights.

8. Approximate retail value

Approximate retail values are stated in U.S. dollars:

ARV is a retail-value disclosure, not a cash payment or cash alternative. A change in retail selling price does not create an entitlement to the difference.

9. Winner selection and odds

On December 22, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from valid, eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize will be drawn first, followed by the two Second Prizes and then the five Bonus Prizes. A selected person is removed from subsequent prize-tier draws, and eligibility will be verified before that person is confirmed as a winner.

Odds depend on the number of valid, eligible entries in the applicable draw. Additional valid entries can improve an entrant’s opportunity to be selected; purchasing does not. The Sponsor will retain draw and verification records.

10. Notification, verification and alternates

Potential winners will be notified by email on December 22, 2026. They must respond by December 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time, using the reply instructions in the notice. This is a calendar-date deadline: December 23 is day one and December 27 is day five; it is not a rolling 120-hour period.

The notice will identify the prize and provide a secure method for supplying the minimum information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. FAOGO will not ask for a password, login verification code or prize-claim payment. A potential winner is not confirmed until eligibility and acceptance are verified.

A reminder may be sent, but does not extend the stated deadline. If a person declines, is documented as ineligible, or fails to respond by the deadline after the Sponsor reviews the contact record, the Sponsor will record the reason and randomly select an alternate for that same tier from the remaining valid, eligible entries. A nonresponse alternate will not be drawn before the initial deadline.

The first nonresponse alternate draw will take place no earlier than December 28, 2026. Each alternate will be given a written deadline of 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the fifth calendar day after notice, with the day after notice counted as day one. The same verification and documented redraw procedure will be repeated as necessary while eligible entries remain. Previously confirmed winners are excluded. No new entries will be accepted for alternate draws.

If the eligible pool is exhausted, the Sponsor will seek a lawful disposition that preserves participants’ rights; it will not silently reduce the advertised awards or invent a substitute winner.

11. Shipping, fulfilment and taxes

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for prizes delivered to eligible U.S. addresses within the eligible territory. Prizes will be fulfilled through domestic U.S. shipping. Winners must provide accurate delivery details through the secure claim process. This offer does not promise expedited shipping, delivery to an otherwise ineligible address or arrival before Christmas.

If a delivery address cannot be served, or a parcel is returned, lost or damaged, the winner should contact support@faogo.com. The Sponsor will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate lawful resolution, including address correction or a delivery remedy where applicable. No additional charge, automatic forfeiture or waiver of mandatory remedies is imposed by this paragraph.

Any tax obligation imposed directly on a winner by applicable law remains subject to that law. The Sponsor will meet any reporting or withholding obligation applicable to it and explain any legally necessary information request. A winner is not required to pay the Sponsor a fee to claim a prize.

12. Privacy and optional marketing

Information collected for the Giveaway will be used for entry administration, eligibility checks, fraud prevention, the draw, winner communications and prize delivery. Gleam provides entry technology; service providers may process information for those purposes as described in the applicable privacy notice.

Data will be retained only as reasonably necessary for administration, applicable legal duties and resolution of related claims.

Operational entry or prize emails are separate from marketing. Marketing messages require the applicable independent choice or permission; opting out of marketing does not cancel a valid entry. Entrants’ private contact details, delivery addresses and age information will not be published as a winner announcement.

13. Winner information and publicity

Only verified winners will be announced. Public information will be limited to the minimum identity and general location lawfully necessary for the announcement or any required winner disclosure, with permission where required.

For information about confirmed winners, contact support@faogo.com after verification is complete. No broad perpetual advertising, image, voice or user-generated-content licence is required merely by entering this Giveaway.

14. Platform relationship

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Questions about the Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor, not those platforms. Gleam is the entry-service provider, not the prize sponsor.

No purchase obligation arises from visiting a product page or completing a social action. Entrants must follow the applicable platform rules and must not engage in inaccurate tagging, deceptive endorsements or spam.

15. Technical issues, amendments and liability

The Sponsor will administer the Giveaway fairly. If a material technical failure, fraud or other disruption prevents fair administration, it will document the issue, take proportionate steps permitted by law and give appropriate notice of any material change. Earned rights and legitimate entries will not be arbitrarily disregarded.

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives mandatory consumer protections or permits a retroactive reduction in the advertised prize structure. An entrant may report a technical or administrative concern to support@faogo.com.

16. Governing law, disputes and contact

The Giveaway is subject to the mandatory federal, state and local laws applicable to the promotion and the participant. Nothing in these Rules removes a participant’s nonwaivable rights or access to a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Rules impose no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign forum.

Please first contact support@faogo.com about a concern so that it can be reviewed. Informal contact does not limit a participant’s legal rights or suspend a statutory deadline. The final approved Rules will be made available with the Giveaway before entries open.
